Husch Blackwell has elected 29 attorneys to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2023.

This year’s partner class reflects the continued high demand for Husch Blackwell’s services and the strong pipeline of talent at the firm. The addition of these partners reinforces the firm’s capabilities in each of its six industry groups.

The new partner class demonstrates a commitment to leadership, initiative and the ability to deliver sophisticated legal advice on matters of great complexity and importance to the firm’s clients. This class includes members in nine practice areas: commercial litigation; real estate & development; labor & employment; intellectual property; insolvency & commercial bankruptcy; corporate, M&A & securities; healthcare regulatory; development incentives & tax credits; and product liability & toxic tort.

“Our new partner class stretches coast to coast with attorneys from 11 offices across the United States, which includes partners hailing from Oakland to Boston,” said Husch Blackwell Chair Catherine Hanaway. “We continue to grow our practice groups to reflect client demand, for deep expertise and bench strength as well as real expertise in our clients’ industries.”

The firm promoted attorneys from offices across the United States, including Austin, Boston, Chattanooga, Denver, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Omaha, Phoenix, Springfield, St. Louis, and The Link virtual office. Members of the new partner class in the firm’s Link office are located across the country, including those in Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Oakland, CA, and Washington, DC.

The partner class comprises of 41% women, 24% racial and ethnic minorities and 7% LGBTQ+. Husch Blackwell was recently the recipient of Mansfield Plus certification for the fourth consecutive year and a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index for the seventh year in a row.
