Inclusion is an important value of how we do business and an integral part of our outreach efforts, operations and strategic plans, including a supplier diversity initiative. In concert with Husch Blackwell’s written diversity policy, more than 50 diversity council and committee members set goals, which are executed by the highest levels of firm leadership, including the firm’s chairman, chief executive and executive board. We also have a full team of people dedicated to overseeing our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program. Our mission is to integrate DE&I in every aspect of everything we do.
