As a litigator, Catarina is eager to find strategies and solutions for clients’ complex cases.

Catarina has worked with legal teams assisting clients on a wide range of matters including trade secrets, product liability, private wealth and government contracts. As a litigator, she understands that at the core of any legal matter is a human problem – a client worry – and is eager to strategize in finding the optimal solution to get clients back to business efficiently and cost-effectively. Both clients and legal teams appreciate her direct communication style, making complex ideas easily understood and moving matters forward.

Recognizing the human element of any legal issue, Catarina is especially drawn to labor and employment matters. She also knows that the best defense can happen proactively, outside of the courtroom, through innovative policy, training and compliance.
