Outside the Office

The daughter of a horse breeder, Ashley grew up around horses and could ride almost before she could walk.

She spends most of her weekends at the barn and rides hunter/jumpers competitively in central Texas. When she’s not riding or working on cases, you can find Ashley running, spending time with her pug or enjoying a good book.

She serves on the Board of Directors of Friends of Barton Springs Pool, an organization dedicated to restoring and beautifying Austin’s natural-bottomed, spring-fed swimming pool. She is also a dedicated member of The Trail Foundation, which protects the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake, one of the city’s most popular recreation areas.
