An accomplished corporate attorney with extensive litigation experience, Andrew represents clients with a dual emphasis on commercial success and risk mitigation.
Andrew brings industry-focused insight to his work at Husch Blackwell. Having previously served as general counsel to a national developer of renewable natural gas (RNG) and related projects, Andrew oversaw that company’s transactional, commercial, and litigation matters, including its $347 million acquisition by a special purpose acquisition company with a green energy mandate. That acquisition and a concurrent combination of that company with its leading competitor led to the creation of one of the nation’s largest publicly traded RNG suppliers, generating over 24 million MMBtu’s of RNG and 115.7 megawatts of electricity daily and supplying over 38 million RNG gallon-equivalents annually to fueling stations nationwide. Prior to that role, Andrew represented institutional defendants in complex civil litigation, including at trial and on appeal. Andrew’s corporate practice combines his commercial experience and litigation expertise to advance clients’ business needs while mitigating liability risk.
