National law firm Husch Blackwell represented Elite Equipment Rentals, a leading provider of specialized equipment rentals and services, in the acquisition of Infrastructure Solutions Group, Inc. and ISG Rents, LLC, a well-established provider of equipment distribution and rental services in the Mid-Atlantic region.
This acquisition continues Elite’s national expansion, strengthening its geographic footprint and enhancing its ability to serve customers with greater speed, availability, and localized support. Elite will expand both its rental and parts & service capabilities, delivering increased fleet availability and improved responsiveness to customers across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast markets.
