Her experience extends to alternative dispute resolution, where she has successfully reduced clients’ arbitration exposure and litigation dockets through creative defense strategies and the application of advanced case management technologies.
Gabrielle directs matters nationwide for clients, overseeing both internal and external legal teams in developing and executing effective strategies for high-volume litigation portfolios, from pre-litigation investigation through trial and appeal. She enjoys working closely with clients to create the best solutions in tandem with their business needs, including innovative and cost-effective strategies she can offer clients as part of a large national legal team.
Her strategic vision and innovative approach have resulted in significant reductions in client exposure and legal spend, including a 34% decrease in arbitration case volume for a major international corporation and a 25% reduction in national indemnity and defense costs for a product manufacturer.
Gabrielle is a leader in legal innovation, spearheading her practice group’s Knowledge Management and Innovation Initiative. She is responsible for facilitating the adoption of new technologies—such as automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics—to improve attorney efficiency, productivity, and client service outcomes. Her work includes developing protocols for digitizing, reviewing, and cataloguing client records, as well as guiding matter eDiscovery efforts.
Earlier in her career, Gabrielle served as a law clerk for the Honorable Howard D. McKibben at the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, where she analyzed complex legal issues and drafted judicial decisions, including published opinions. She began her legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Milwaukee County, where she tried challenging cases before juries and coordinated multi-agency investigations.
