Dominique is an experienced commercial, product and environmental liability, and toxic tort attorney.

Her practice focuses on complex mass tort and class action litigation involving the insurance, chemical and agribusiness industries.

She develops scientific defenses and thoughtful strategies to manage critical issues, including the identification and advancement of expert witnesses from a variety of disciplines including economics, statistics, underwriting, epidemiology, toxicology and medicine. Clients appreciate her background as a scientist who routinely testified in jury trials and who has advanced experience integrating expert evidence into broader, business-driven goals.

Experience
  • Managed the litigation team of five associates in multimillion-dollar product liability mass tort case where a dozen expert witnesses were retained and prepared for depositions in a variety of fields, including anesthesiology, hepatology, epidemiology, gastroenterology, neuropsychology, underwriting and statistical analysis.
  • Handled day-to-day management of seven experts and two consulting teams in a commercial arbitration matter requiring extensive contact with client in the mortgage industry.
