National law firm Husch Blackwell represented Wincove Private Holdings, LP in a majority investment in Guice Offshore, LLC and its subsidiaries, GO Marine Services, LLC, and GO Asset Leasing, LLC.
Guice Offshore is the market leading provider of specialized marine support services, operating a fleet of 18 Jones Act–compliant offshore supply vessels (OSVs) ranging from 140 feet to 280 feet. The company supports a broad range of industries, including aerospace, defense, offshore wind, geotechnical, marine survey, deep-sea mining, and oil and gas.
The recapitalization of Guice brings significant growth capital to the business, which will enable the company to continue scaling the vessel fleet to better support its customers.
