Stephen focuses his practice on banking and finance law, including state and federal historic rehabilitation tax credits and state and federal New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC).

He works with developers, lenders, community development entities and investors throughout the country on commercial developments and other tax credit finance transactions.

Stephen has experience representing lenders in asset-based commercial lending transactions and assisting in loan modifications after closing. Stephen also has experience working with real estate law and insurance contracts. He assists clients in providing strategies to resolve title defects on residential and commercial property.
