Rachel is a commercial litigator who is passionate about learning about client’s companies.

Rachel represents financial services and capital markets clients in complex litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, with experience in contract disputes, insurance matters, professional liability and malpractice, premises liability, and product liability. She deposes witnesses, authors appellate briefs, drafts and argues dispositive motions and motions for declaratory judgment, and conducts discovery.

With a lifelong love of learning, Rachel was first drawn to litigation because each case offers an opportunity to dive into new subjects. Each new legal matter allows Rachel to immerse herself in the client’s world, and she is always excited to study a client’s company and industry in depth. She enjoys working with sophisticated clients who are deeply invested in their businesses.

Rachel is best known for the connections she builds with clients and for her sincere interest in getting to know their companies. She’s enthusiastic about developing relationships and ensures she has a full understanding of each client’s objectives. Her aim is always to understand what matters most to clients and what their ideal outcomes are. With an awareness that client business goals and legal needs go beyond individual matters, Rachel wants to ensure that her litigation strategy fully meets client needs and supports their overall business.
