She is known for advising clients on strategy at a high level, overseeing thousands of cases and monitoring general trends in asbestos litigation. She helps manufacturers, distributors and premises owners across automotive, consumer products, industrial and commercial construction, and agricultural equipment sectors in claims involving asbestos and benzene, among others. Lisa has the unique perspective of serving on joint and defense committees addressing and suggesting revisions to mass tort case management orders in several jurisdictions, and is closely involved in litigation management issues with the courts.
Clients value that Lisa has also handled environmental remediation claims, navigating matters alleging pesticide and chemical exposures resulting in personal injuries and property damage. Lisa began her legal career defending major airlines in cases ranging from major aircraft disasters to contract and other commercial claims.
