Overview

A problem-solver, Carrie assists clients in navigating all phases of complex and class action litigation.

In addition to environmental, product liability, toxic tort, class action, contract and transactional law experience, clients appreciate Carrie’s extensive background in eDiscovery and data handling. Carrie has represented national and international clients at large law firms and as in-house counsel. She also has experience working in a global healthcare company’s data management department and at a major print and e-print legal publisher.

In her legal eDiscovery work, Carrie synthesizes thousands of documents in order to keep case strategy on track. She knows that eDiscovery work is not a fishing expedition. It’s being able to hold both the granular details and the big picture in mind. Clearly communicating with litigation teams throughout the eDiscovery process is critical to producing effective strategy – clients and case teams appreciate that she is communicative, going above and beyond the task at hand.
