Carli’s work includes mass tort exposure and class actions as well as individual plaintiff litigation involving allegations of personal injury or wrongful death. Carli practices in state and federal court and is experienced with both bench and jury trials.

Carli first began her legal career in the medical malpractice defense space before transitioning to the defense of manufacturers of medical devices and products. Her experience grew to include assisting companies large and small whose work or products were focused on the health, wellness, and safety of their customers. She quickly developed an affinity and aptitude for cases dealing with technical, complex scientific issues and themes. Carli excels at working with clients and internal and external experts to thoroughly understand these often-difficult concepts so that she can translate these concepts in a way that is easily digested by judge and jury.

Outside the Office

An art aficionado, Carli loves visiting art museums and galleries, meeting emerging artists, and adding pieces she adores to her collection. She is a recreational runner who has completed several marathons and hopes to continue to do so (albeit slowly!) well into the future.

Most of all, Carli enjoys spending time with her husband and two teens who will be off to college much too soon.
