Anna focuses her practice on energy project development.

Since joining the firm, Anna has represented developers, tax equity investors and lenders in the acquisition, funding and financing of wind and utility-scale solar projects in 12 states. In addition to her work in renewable energy project development, Anna  represents clients in matters relating to on and off-shore oil and gas and transmission acquisitions.

Prior to joining the firm, Anna worked as a project consultant for GreenPlay LLC, a parks, recreation and open space consulting firm that provides master planning, feasibility and management consulting services to communities across the country.

  • Served as local real estate counsel to tax equity investors and lenders in wind and solar projects across the country.
  • Represented South Central MCN, LLC (a subsidiary of GridLiance) with respect to its acquisition of Tri-County Electric Cooperative’s electric transmission facilities.
  • Represented Algonquin Power in the acquisition, development, and financing of the 200 megawatt Odell Wind Farm in Minnesota.
  • Represented Algonquin Power Co. in the acquisition and development of a 75 megawatt Great Bay Solar Project in Maryland.
  • Represented Algonquin Power Co. in the acquisition and development of a 150 megawatt Deerfield Wind Project in Michigan.
  • Represented CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust in purchase of a subsea, midstream pipeline system and related onshore facilities in Louisiana for $245 million, including related leaseback transaction.
  • Represented a Chicago-based real estate developer in obtaining land use and zoning approvals for a mixed-use apartment complex in Midtown Kansas City.
