Mass tort and product liability cases are the focus of Alex’s legal practice.
Alex chose law school because it aligned with personal interests and offered a logical next step in a career that bridges law, business, and public service. Concentrating on financial related courses during his J.D. program gave Alex a broader perspective on how legal issues intersect with finance and organizational strategy.
Drawn to mass tort and product liability work, Alex appreciates the variety and complexity of cases in this area. Each matter presents something new, which keeps the work engaging and challenging. Time spent working in the private sector before and during law school provided valuable insight into what clients need and how important it is to listen and respond to their concerns.
While in law school, Alex served on the American University Law Review as a senior staff member and completed a certificate in Financial Institutions Compliance. As a senior staffer to one of the most bipartisan members of Congress, Alex learned firsthand how to build consensus while vigorously fighting for certain causes. These experiences developed strong research, writing, and analytical skills that support effective advocacy in complex litigation.
During a summer associate position at Husch Blackwell, Alex worked on motions, research memos, and articles, and contributed to presentations on emerging issues such as artificial intelligence. This hands-on experience helped build a practical understanding of the firm’s approach to client service and legal problem-solving.
Clients value Alex’s ability to listen and communicate clearly. Alex is known for being thorough and responsive, always focused on meeting client needs and delivering practical solutions.
