Clients count on Adam’s counsel and transactional work in a wide range of sophisticated deals. Adam designs, drafts, reviews and executes a broad array of contracts and agreements regarding tangible assets, goodwill assets, and debt and equity capital. Adam strives to be transparent and upfront with clients, staying in close communication so as to avoid surprises. Clients also value his background as a judicial intern with former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice David T. Prosser, Jr., as well as his internship with the Chicago Low Income Housing Trust Fund. What he finds most rewarding is assisting clients to the advantage of their business growth and goals.

Experience
  • Represented agriculture heavy equipment franchise dealership in $1.5+ million asset purchase agreement (APA) to larger distributor. Deal included goodwill assets, real estate and franchise authorization.
  • Guided insurance agency in $5 million deal including good will and assets to private equity buyer for purposes of expanding footprint.
  • Assisted home improvement retailer with corporate matters, including form contract drafting and corporate governance.
Outside the Office

Adam enjoys getting outdoors – both at home and while traveling.

Favorite recent trips include Portugal and Peru. At home, he spends times golfing, hunting and fishing.
