National law firm Husch Blackwell served as seller’s counsel to Peaksware Holdings in the sale of its subsidiaries TrainingPeaks and TrainHeroic, both leading innovators of endurance training software in the sports industry, to Garmin Ltd. (NYSE: GRMN).
