Rebecca is a dealmaker who advises businesses, executive teams, and owners through strategic transactions.

Rebecca’s practice centers on mergers and acquisitions and related corporate transactions within the middle market. She has extensive experience handling buy- and sell-side M&A, corporate divestitures (including carve-outs), and succession planning transactions, and her clients routinely rely on her to guide them through their most sensitive and strategic endeavors. 

Rebecca launched her legal career at the world’s largest law firm, where she gained deep experience advising private equity firms in their M&A activities. She continues to represent private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies today but has since expanded her client base to include privately held businesses, family enterprises, and ownership groups across diverse industries. Rebecca’s advice is results-oriented and actionable, and clients value her unwavering focus on delivering efficient outcomes and building long-term relationships.

  • Represented Peaksware Holdings in its sale of TrainingPeaks and TrainHeroic to Garmin Ltd. (NYSE: GRMN).
  • Drafted and negotiated key transaction documents in connection with private equity acquisitions and sales ranging from $6 million to $2.5 billion across numerous industries, including manufacturing, sports and entertainment, and healthcare.
  • Drafted and negotiated side letters and partnership agreements on behalf of fund sponsors in private equity fund formations ranging from $125 million to $1.5 billion.
  • Advised private equity clients and their portfolio company executives on corporate governance, incentive equity, and compliance matters, as well as the structuring and operation of their private equity funds and management companies.
Outside the Office

Rebecca has been an avid golfer since high school and loves working on her game. She also enjoys yoga, trying new restaurants, and simply spending time with friends and family.

Community Leadership

Rebecca has participated in the Highwind Impact Fund, a venture-philanthropy nonprofit founded by young professionals raising money and partnering with local nonprofits in the communities where they work and live.
