Overview

Trisha supports attorneys and clients on a variety of toxic tort and asbestos litigation cases.

Drawn to law by its variety, Trisha began her paralegal career in debt collection, assisting attorneys who represented lenders and credit card companies. She gained broad litigation experience in this role before transitioning to mass tort. Her early background also taught her how to handle a large caseload—in debt collection, she assisted with management of a high volume of cases, tracking hundreds of pieces of litigation with competing deadlines.

Today, Trisha supports cases across the country, working with a team that often serves as national coordinating counsel for various manufacturing clients. She assists with document and medical records review, legal research, the filing of pleadings, trial preparation and the scheduling of hearings and court appearances, and she ensures that all litigation remains on track in spite of the high volume of cases handled by the team.

Trisha is known for her exceptional organizational skills and her time management. She excels at the multitasking required by her practice area, and she thrives under the pressure of multiple deadlines. Clients can be confident that cases, pleadings and motions will be filed efficiently and on time, and that Trisha will ensure no detail is missed.
