Overview

Stacy supports attorneys and clients at trial and throughout the discovery and preparation processes.

After more than 20 years in the legal industry, Stacy knows paralegal work inside and out. She has spent most of her paralegal career supporting litigation teams and is extensively familiar with the process. Her experience includes trucking accidents, product liability, insurance defense and patent litigation.

When trial preparation gets hectic, Stacy is in her element: what she loves most about her work is the intensity and busyness. She assists with cases for clients in the transportation and manufacturing industries, with a special focus on toxic tort and asbestos litigation. Stacy drafts pleadings, motions and other legal documents; handles filings in both state and federal courts; and assists with the discovery process. She often supports trial teams on-site throughout the country, and she has supported trials in notoriously difficult jurisdictions for defendants.

Stacy is known as a highly organized professional who is always thinking ahead. She has a gift for anticipating both attorney and client needs as a case moves forward.
