Ryan coordinates the defense of toxic tort and product liability litigation throughout the United States.

Ryan concentrates his practice on representing product manufacturers and premises owners in cases involving exposure to asbestos. As a member of national coordinating counsel and trial teams, he is active in all phases of litigation from inception through settlement or trial. Ryan has led teams to coordinate discovery efforts for clients nationwide, implementing overall defense strategies and developing corporate witnesses. 

Additionally, Ryan has experience defending toxic tort claims for clients in the industrial equipment, HVAC, petrochemical, automotive, and construction industries. Ryan is known for understanding client objectives and creating strategies to achieve those objectives. Clients trust him to achieve cost-effective and optimal solutions to complex mass tort litigation.

Outside the Office

Ryan has been a passionate tennis player and fan since childhood. After competing throughout high school and college, he continues to play competitively in both the United States Tennis Association (USTA) and World Team Tennis (WTT) organizations.
