Rochelle draws on nearly 20 years of experience to defend clients in asbestos and other toxic tort litigation.
With a passion for advocating for others, Rochelle knew from early in her law school days that she wanted to serve as a litigator. When one of her first firm jobs focused on mass tort, she quickly discovered that she thrived on the practice area’s emphasis on teamwork. Her ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment enabled her mastery of overseeing a myriad docket. Rochelle also loved the frequent opportunities toxic tort work presented for direct client contact, motion work and extensive deposition experience with both witnesses and experts.
While Rochelle also has broad experience in general product liability, pharmaceutical cases, talc, premises liability and other personal injury or wrongful death matters, she has long focused the majority of her practice on asbestos litigation. She remains passionate about discovery and trial strategies, often stepping into a case to assist in these areas.
Rochelle is known for her extensive experience in the asbestos field and in notoriously difficult jurisdictions, for her ability to get exactly the information a case needs in deposition, and for her knack for creative solutions: Rochelle sees each case as a unique set of facts that deserves its own approach and its own resolution strategy. She has built a reputation for great dedication to every case she works on, with a determination to achieve the best outcome possible for each client.
