Renee works with healthcare providers and others on Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, Anti-Kickback and Stark compliance, healthcare fraud and abuse issues, and other matters.

Renee also has an understanding of state pharmacy law, including licensing and regulatory compliance. Her experience includes advising pharmacy benefit managers on specialty pharmacy contracting.

Before joining Husch Blackwell, Renee was an Assistant Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office.
