An experienced litigator, Nathaniel brings to each case deep knowledge of local rules and procedure with keen insight into the overarching litigation landscape. He practices from Wynnewood, Pennsylvania as a member of our virtual office, The Link.
Nathaniel has managed local and national asbestos dockets in state and federal courts. Licensed to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Connecticut, he serves on national coordinating counsel teams, bringing a cross-jurisdictional perspective to his deep understanding of local practice. He represents major automotive and industrial equipment manufacturers in the country’s most notoriously difficult jurisdictions, handling all phases of litigation, from discovery through motion practice and case resolution.
Prior to joining Husch Blackwell in 2025, Nathaniel worked at a midsize litigation firm, where he focused on toxic torts and product liability actions for multinational corporations.
Clients and colleagues value Nathaniel’s responsiveness and communication—qualities honed early on through stints in public interest law. These experiences, his “litigation bootcamp,” required him to work effectively with clients, judges, and opposing counsel; sharpen his communication skills; and manage a high-volume caseload under pressure.
Legal and judicial internships—including with The Legal Aid Society, Office of the New York State Attorney General, and Hon. Martin Marcus—and work at the National Center for Access to Justice also helped develop Nathaniel into a well-equipped and dependable team member.
