Nate is a finance attorney who thinks like clients think.

Formerly a CPA, Nate represents borrowers, lenders and other financial institutions in a variety of commercial financing transactions. Clients often tell Nate that he doesn’t act like a typical lawyer – he speaks their language, approaches issues from their perspective and understands their business concerns.

Nate focuses much of his practice on corporate lending. He provides legal guidance to clients on domestic and cross-border loan transactions including senior secured and unsecured credit facilities; syndicated and bilateral financings; unitranche financings; mezzanine financings; and cash-flow, asset-based and split-lien transactions. He has experience in a broad range of sectors and industries, ranging from middle-market financings to investment-grade facilities.

Nate finds great satisfaction in seeing clients grow and achieve their business goals. The highlight of his work is the opportunity to be a part of a client’s success story.
