Overview

With a passion for trial prep and litigation strategy, Krista supports the firm’s Asbestos Litigation team.

As a college student, Krista took a criminal justice course taught by a local judge whose passion for the law was infectious. She immediately knew she wanted to pursue a career in the industry, and she remains fascinated by trials, litigation and the courtroom.

Over the past decade, Krista has especially come to enjoy toxic tort and asbestos litigation. It’s a practice area that requires extensive research into product, company and scientific and medical histories, and Krista is always excited to find the correct pieces of information that will help a client’s case.

Krista assists with all phases of litigation for asbestos and other toxic tort cases. She prepares and manages discovery requests, drafts deposition summaries, performs document review and analysis, conducts fact investigation and research, and oversees court filings and deadlines. She has extensive experience working with large dockets and assisting with cases across multiple jurisdictions.

Krista is known for her genuine passion for the law, her thoroughness with client cases and her reliability. She’s also known simply for being fun and easy to work with: she loves what she does, and that’s immediately evident to colleagues and clients.
