Jessica focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, class action defense and business disputes.
Jessica partners with clients to develop creative solutions for complex business problems. Additionally, Jessica defends clients facing class actions and represents clients in litigation involving allegations of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and violation of federal and state labor and employment laws, among other claims.
Jessica represents a broad spectrum of clients including major insurers, international banks, pharmaceutical companies, shareholders, executives, small businesses, global retailers, automobile dealerships and government agencies. While Jessica frequently advocates for clients in federal and state court, she seeks to resolve disputes through mediation and arbitration when feasible.
In addition to litigation, Jessica advises clients on compliance with a variety of state and federal employment laws and regulations affecting businesses. Further, Jessica assists clients in drafting and revising restrictive covenants, confidentiality agreements and employee handbooks to reflect changes in the law and to mitigate risk.
