Hilda offers clients customized representation in toxic tort matters.
Hilda always knew she’d be a litigator: she loves the fast pace, the investigative research, taking depositions, and drafting and arguing motions. After beginning her career with personal injury matters, she moved to a toxic tort-focused law firm and has concentrated on the practice area ever since.
While much of Hilda’s time has been devoted to asbestos litigation, she also has experience with talc, benzene and non-toxic tort matters. With a strong appreciation for the power of collaboration, Hilda especially enjoys working and strategizing with other experienced litigators.
For toxic tort clients, Hilda understands that the cases she litigates are often just one small part of a nationwide docket—and one small piece of a nationwide strategy. She knows that major clients often have an ongoing toxic tort strategy and distinct preferences for how litigation is handled, and she approaches each case with client goals in mind.
