Based in the New York metropolitan area, Donald has guided clients through the complexities of environmental and toxic tort litigation, specifically matters in connection with asbestos liability, for over two decades. He serves as lead trial attorney and routinely manages large portfolios of cases in order to achieve clients’ litigation goals.

Donald is capable of distilling technical and complex fact sets into the compelling briefs and courtroom presentations. He is also a skilled negotiator whom clients call on to handle large-sum settlements with multiple plaintiffs’ firms.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Donald worked as a senior court reporter for the State of New York, Suffolk County, covering criminal and civil trials.
