Brandon focuses his practice on toxic tort, product liability and consumer fraud litigation.

Brandon defends manufacturers in single plaintiff, mass tort and class action litigation in state and federal court. In addition to Brandon’s extensive involvement in personal injury litigation related to petrochemicals, agricultural chemicals and construction materials, Brandon also protects clients when their products are implicated in a fire or explosion investigation.

In a recent federal case involving a residential fire, Brandon and other Husch Blackwell attorneys were not only successful in obtaining a jury verdict for their client, but also succeeded in countersuing the plaintiff for attorney’s fees.

During law school, Brandon was a summer associate at Husch Blackwell. Brandon previously interned in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois under the Hon. Colin Bruce, the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of Illinois.

Before attending law school, Brandon served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a linguist and led an intelligence collection team during two deployments in Afghanistan.
