Amy has more than 30 years of experience in asbestos litigation and other toxic tort litigation.
She knows how best to support both clients and attorneys. Amy is known for troubleshooting and solving problems proactively as a matter of course, whether managing client’s litigation practices or assisting attorneys in the courtroom in state and federal courts throughout West Virginia and Pennsylvania, as well as courts in Maryland, New York, Delaware, New Jersey, Ohio, Missouri, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and the District of Columbia. She often supports trial teams remotely in many other jurisdictions and states. Amy enjoys challenging projects, research, and detailed investigations into all aspects of a case—all passions that made her career as a paralegal a perfect fit.
Today, Amy provides senior paralegal support to the firm’s national trial team for complex product liability litigation and also oversees a litigation practice in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The breadth of her experience means that she’s well prepared to take on any legal project and help achieve favorable results for clients.
