AJ has a passion for winnowing through complexity and simplifying the issues, all the while placing the client’s needs at the center of his practice.

AJ’s practice focuses on representing clients in insurance coverage and commercial disputes. He has represented clients in state court and in arbitration, handling discovery, expert reports, motion practice and closing briefing.

A former judicial law clerk with a background as a technical writer, AJ’s insight into decision makers’ thought processes and his attention to detail allow him to sift through challenging issues and present the client’s case clearly and persuasively. He enjoys learning about new developments and trends in a wide range of industries, which helps him stay attuned to the client’s long-term needs and goals.

Outside the Office

AJ loves traveling. His favorite destinations have included Bangkok and Chiang Mai, Thailand; Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Budapest, Hungary; and Krakow, Poland. When he is not traveling, he enjoys bicycling the beautiful Milwaukee lakefront.
