Overview

Adam is an experienced real estate attorney assisting clients in all aspects of real estate development, purchase and sale, leasing and financing.

Developers, investors, sellers, purchasers, tenants and landlords across industries rely on Adam’s end-to-end navigation of real estate transactions including multifamily, industrial, vacant land, office, hospitality, retail, and other residential and commercial property. Adam’s work for clients spans transactions from $30,000 to $350M and includes 1031 exchanges, multistate portfolios and sale-leasebacks. He prepares letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and coordinates all aspects of due diligence, from environmental, survey, title and zoning, to leases, property management agreements and other service contracts. He handles complex land use issues on behalf of clients and regularly addresses client issues with governmental, municipal and regulatory entities in order to keep projects on track.

Additionally, Adam advises, negotiates and drafts commercial leases and related documents for both landlords and tenants in office, retail, farm, renewable energy and industrial/warehouse properties.

Clients appreciate Adam’s background as a litigator in real estate disputes, including tenants and subtenants in sublease matters, business disputes and commercial litigation. His experience in the courtroom gives Adam a unique ability to identify and avoid challenges before they begin.

  • Assisted purchaser with all aspects of complex 1031 Exchange involving $30M+ purchase of numerous multifamily properties in multiple states.

Outside the Office

Adam and his wife, Tracy, stay busy with their two young children. He is also an avid golfer and enjoys a game of basketball.
