Overview

Abby is a commercial litigator and skilled oral advocate who represents financial institutions and large corporations in complex disputes. She handles cases from intake through resolution.

Drawn to law for its blend of analytical rigor and advocacy, Abby approaches litigation strategically, evaluating disputes from every angle, and communicating clients’ positions clearly and persuasively in court.

A clerkship with the Hon. Reed O’Connor, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, provided Abby with firsthand insight into effective advocacy and judicial decision-making, giving her a comprehensive understanding of litigation from both the court’s and counsel’s perspectives. Known for her level-headed approach, Abby carefully assesses each matter and prioritizes clarity and precision. Her undergraduate background in biopsychology, cognition, and neuroscience further informs her practice, allowing her to analyze how clients, courts, and opposing counsel think and to tailor the litigation strategy accordingly.

From the outset of a new matter, Abby focuses on understanding the procedural posture, identifying key deadlines, and developing a clear plan. She drafts pleadings, motions, and discovery, and prepares cases thoroughly for trial when necessary.

Clients value Abby’s attentiveness, transparency, and commitment. She provides thoughtful, well-reasoned recommendations tailored to each client’s business objectives and ensures clients feel informed, confident, and fully engaged throughout their case.
