Nida focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale contracts, leasing agreements, condominium developments and construction financing.

Her experience includes preparing and negotiating purchase offers, leases, operating agreements, corporate resolutions, management agreements, easements and development agreements. Additionally, Nida advises clients on discrete issues of real estate law, including title and survey issues, tax increment financing, adverse possession and special-use permitting processes for municipalities.
