Shianne is a finance attorney whose hands-on experience in risk management gives her a rare and invaluable perspective into the financial and regulatory complexities of large-scale infrastructure projects and project financing. Having started her career in risk management and regulatory oversight at a government-sponsored financial institution, she brings a deep understanding of compliance, internal controls, and stakeholder coordination—critical skills for ensuring financial integrity in complex infrastructure deals.

At Husch Blackwell, Shianne helps clients structure and execute sophisticated financings for energy, utilities, and data center developments. Outside the Office

Shianne absolutely loves to travel, anywhere in the world. She especially enjoys visiting new places and names favorite past destinations as Taiwan, France, and Morocco. Shianne and her boyfriend celebrated her law school graduation with a multi-week trip around Italy.

Whether she’s at home or on the road, Shianne is a foodie who loves trying out new restaurants and new cuisines. She’s also a wine enthusiast whose family owns a winery and vineyard: Shianne has studied enology (the scientific process behind winemaking) at Missouri State University and enjoys helping her parents with the family business when she can.
