Shannon moves clients forward regarding mass tort matters.

Shannon assists clients and legal teams with toxic tort and product liability matters – preparing, filing and eFiling legal documents. She facilitates case research and due diligence, helping comb out the facts and screen documents for relevant detail, particularly regarding medical data points. She also serves on the team that established, manages and maintains databases that promote cost-efficiency to clients.

Clients and attorneys appreciate her organizational skills, attention to detail and quick turnaround times. Having worked as a loan processor, Shannon understands the critical importance of managing multiple documents for accurate filing on deadline, from many parties, for a matter to be handled successfully. And with a long history in customer service, she also believes in communicating the process to clients so they know what to expect.

Outside the Office

Shannon takes advantage of all St Louis offers.

She regularly visits the sites of the city: museums, the Missouri Botanical Garden, the Fox Theatre, and America’s oldest and largest outdoor musical theatre – the Muny. Shannon also enjoys watching documentaries, especially about Egypt and the pyramids. And she’s teaching herself how to play guitar.
