Shannon represents clients in complex litigation matters, including commercial disputes, class action defense, and other high-stakes conflicts. As a member of Husch Blackwell’s Nonprofit Organizations & Religious Institutions team, she helps organizations navigate disputes, manage risk, and address legal challenges that impact their operations, governance, and mission.
Drawing on extensive business litigation experience, Shannon guides clients through all stages of the dispute process, from pre-suit strategy and risk assessment through trial and appeal. She brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to helping organizations resolve disputes efficiently while remaining focused on their priorities and long-term goals.
Before entering private practice, Shannon served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
