Neena is a commercial litigator who combines prompt resolution with thoughtful advocacy, handling each case as if it were her sole focus. She practices from Brooklyn, New York as a member of our virtual office, The Link.
In addition to general commercial litigation matters, Neena has a niche practice in “no-fault” motor vehicle cases under New York’s Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law, which ensures prompt payment of medical expenses and lost earnings regardless of fault. She works to protect clients by validating claims, screening for fraud, confirming that plaintiffs receive only necessary treatment, and defending against demands that exceed legal limits.
Before joining Husch Blackwell in 2025, Neena gained more than three years of experience in both government service and private practice. As an assistant state attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, she prosecuted criminal cases before moving into civil litigation at a boutique firm and later a full-service AmLaw100 firm, where she conducted depositions, drafted motions, and handled mediations—and found her work increasingly relatable and impactful. This diverse background equips her to navigate the complex issues central to her commercial litigation practice.
Neena’s passion for law began in childhood, when she watched reality court shows with her grandmother. She admired the judges’ ability to weigh competing perspectives and deliver fair outcomes. Today, she thrives in the fast pace of litigation, cutting to the heart of each issue. Known as a dedicated, proactive advocate who brings her full knowledge, resources, and individualized assessment to each matter, she discusses potential defenses and strategies for efficient case resolution, and communicates clearly so clients remain informed and confident throughout the process.
