As part of the firm’s eDiscovery Solutions Team, Meredith identifies key evidence for client cases.

Meredith has more than a decade of experience managing, reviewing and analyzing the hundreds of thousands of eDocuments that comprise complex litigation. Using her legal knowledge, eDiscovery insight and project management skills, Meredith delivers evidence critical to overall successful case strategy. Clients and legal teams rely on Meredith for:

  • Multidistrict litigation (MDL)
  • Quality control and final review
  • Attorney-client privilege documents
  • Protected health information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

A fierce advocate for client success, Meredith understands that eDiscovery offers clients efficiency, cost savings and streamlining. Outside the Office

Meredith and her husband are movie buffs, with a special affinity for sci-fi and horror. The couple also enjoys spending time with family in Kansas City, Wichita and Lawrence. Their cat and beagle are their four-legged companions.

Community Leadership

Meredith protects voting rights.

She volunteers as a poll watcher during primaries and elections, helping confirm polling places remain accessible and compliant with the law.
