Overview

Marla represents manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and premises owners facing claims arising from alleged asbestos exposure and related injuries.

With more than 20 years of experience, she is well-versed in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts and has a proven track record of securing dismissals, summary judgments, and favorable settlements for clients. Her extensive experience in product liability and toxic tort litigation enables her to achieve favorable outcomes through aggressive motion practice, early dismissals, and targeted discovery and investigation. She works collaboratively with clients to develop innovative strategies tailored to their objectives and desired outcomes.

What distinguishes her approach is her ability to see the big picture in complex asbestos litigation, recognizing broader patterns and relationships among cases, plaintiffs, and defendants while maintaining a focused strategy for each client. She adapts her communication and case-management approach to each client’s needs, from providing periodic updates to offering more hands-on guidance throughout the litigation. Highly responsive and organized, she ensures clients have the information they need to make informed decisions and works collaboratively with them to achieve the best possible result.
