With a passion for eDiscovery work, Mandy is focused on client solutions.

Mandy manages large-scale document review for complex commercial litigation, provides document and data analysis, and advises clients on eDiscovery strategies and the creation of eDiscovery policies. She is a member of the firm’s innovative eDiscovery solutions team, where advanced technology leads to cost-efficiency and streamlining. Mandy facilitates the discovery process, ensuring that it remains transparent, consistent and defensible.

Clients appreciate that Mandy has worked extensively with data and technology companies, including a stint in-house for a global eDiscovery vendor, where she served as the primary project manager for an active portfolio of litigation matters. Her experience means she not only knows the technology industry, she knows it from the inside perspective of a client. She’s known for her attention to detail, but especially for her solutions: Mandy sees eDiscovery as a straightforward way to use technology to solve a client’s problem.

She also has experience working on numerous political campaigns, which inspired her to pursue a legal career. She quickly learned that eDiscovery fit her gift for analysis, and she enjoys uncovering the story of a case – and the details that can lead to victory for the client.

  • Assisted with development of client eDiscovery policies and procedures, and coordinated collections for multiparty complex litigations.

A University of Missouri Tigers fan since college, she’s a football season ticket holder who can often be found cheering at Mizzou’s games.
