Malinda Lindenmuth

Attorney
Overview

Malinda supports clients’ eDiscovery needs in the midst of complex commercial litigation.

Malinda’s first legal job was focused on discovery and document analysis—a field where she quickly discovered she thrived. She appreciated the fast pace of litigation and the opportunity discovery work afforded for involvement in a wide variety of cases. However, what Malinda loved most was being the attorney who could find the specific documents and bits of information that would seal a client’s victory.

At Husch Blackwell, Malinda is an integral member of the firm’s eDiscovery Solutions team, where she assists with eDiscovery work for a multinational energy corporation’s litigation needs across the country. After more than a decade in the field, she is extensively experienced with eDiscovery programs and other technology and knows how to use specific techniques to a client’s advantage. Malinda has also assisted with multidistrict litigation throughout her career and is well used to the complexity of suits that stretch across jurisdictions.

Malinda first pursued a legal career out of a passion for service, and she remains passionate about serving clients through discovery work. She knows how essential thorough discovery is to a winning case and has built a reputation for her dedication to supporting clients and the full litigation team.

Outside the Office

Much of Malinda’s free time is devoted to her toddler son, who loves time outdoors and trips to the park, often accompanied by the family’s two Shepherd and hound mix rescue dogs.

When they have time to themselves, Malinda and her husband enjoy checking out new local restaurants. They’re also fond of camping and hiking trips to national parks and hope to take more of these once their son is older.
