The competitive drive that made him a college football player has always propelled Lazaro to the next challenge.

Lazaro successfully defends clients in product liability, mass tort and consumer class actions. His litigation practice includes multi-district litigation and coordinated proceedings. Lazaro's success in defending clients comes from distilling complicated issues into a simple story that resonates with judges and juries. Keeping things simple allows him to better assess the situation from innovative angles.

Before joining the firm, Lazaro played collegiate football as a cornerback, punt returner and kick returner. By putting in extra work, he helped a conference championship team during the postseason as a true freshman. His passion for football allows him to understand every aspect of defense and offense, noting any strengths and weaknesses. Understanding strategy on a football field has crossed over into a courtroom setting.​

A self-described sports junkie, Lazaro loves football, especially the Chicago Bears. He also plays basketball. In his free time, Lazaro finds himself golfing with former and current NBA players.
