Overview

Lauren represents clients in fiduciary disputes and complex commercial litigation, guiding matters from pre-suit strategy through trial.

Her fiduciary litigation practice includes asset disputes, contested probate matters, trust and estate disputes, and matters involving fiduciary misconduct, undue influence or capacity questions. She regularly represents beneficiaries, trustees, and personal representatives in contested matters involving fiduciary administration and asset management.

In her commercial litigation practice, Lauren represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of business disputes across industries and at all stages of litigation.

From the outset of a matter, Lauren works closely with clients to understand their objectives and the factual and legal context of the dispute. She distills complex issues into clear, actionable narratives that shape litigation strategy, pleadings, and, when appropriate, early resolution efforts. Whether prosecuting or defending claims, she evaluates risk, identifies leverage points, and helps clients make informed decisions throughout the case.

With a decade of litigation experience, Lauren brings a balanced, trial-ready approach to her practice. She works collaboratively with opposing counsel to pursue efficient resolutions while remaining fully prepared to try cases when necessary.

Clients value Lauren’s approachable style, responsiveness, and candid guidance through contentious and often personal disputes.
