Overview

Kelsee helps keep litigation on track.

Kelsee chose to pursue a career as a paralegal because she knew it was an excellent fit for her workstyle: highly organized, with a knack for staying on top of projects and a love of research and writing. She especially enjoys finding critical bits of evidence for cases and has always focused on litigation work and trial preparation. Her skills include drafting pleadings and other documents, managing expert witnesses, assisting with depositions, research, and document review.

After earning her paralegal certificate, Kelsee began her career working in family law, where she gained experience working directly with clients in highly stressful situations. It’s a background that remains relevant even for the commercial matters she assists with today: Kelsee knows that litigation is stressful, frightening and threatening for a client, and she is dedicated to helping clients through the process.

As a member of the firm’s Food Systems unit, Kelsee supports the commercial litigation needs of clients in these industries, from cannabis growers to livestock producers to agricultural technology providers. She likes to say that her goal in life is to never stop learning, and she is always excited to learn a new client’s business.

Known for her organizational skills, Kelsee is a project-oriented and goal-oriented professional. Both clients and attorneys appreciate her talent for keeping a case on track.
