Jon supports the firm’s Asbestos Litigation team, handling depositions and the drafting of legal documents.

Jon has been a litigator for more than 35 years and enjoys the intellectual challenge of each case. He has nearly 20 years of experience in asbestos litigation representing manufacturers, suppliers, contractors and premises owners and operators. During that time, he has taken more than 1,000 depositions, many of which have been used in trials.

Jon previously practiced as an appellate attorney for 10 years and has 13 published decisions.

He has worked with members of Husch Blackwell’s Los Angeles and Oakland asbestos team for almost 20 years at previous firms.
