In 2024, Jean joined Husch Blackwell to expand the firm’s Pennsylvania capabilities and serve as boots on the ground in this litigation-heavy state. As a zealous advocate for the firm’s technology, manufacturing, and transportation clients, Jean defends manufacturers of agricultural chemicals, benzene-containing products, medical devices, and mechanical devices in state and federal courts, and she serves on national coordinating counsel teams for widespread toxic tort litigation. Jean also handles product liability, personal injury, and premises liability cases for the nation’s largest transportation companies, and complex indemnity and employment-related disputes for international staffing agencies.
