With experience on the inside of a federal court, Graham defends clients in complex commercial litigation matters.
Before joining Husch Blackwell, Graham began his career with two years as a judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, where he had daily oversight and long-term management of more than 60 active civil cases. The role gave him a solid understanding of the bigger picture of litigation, helping him foresee where clients’ cases are likely to go and how they can most efficiently be resolved.
Today, Graham primarily represents clients in commercial litigation matters, and his practice includes both defending clients against complex, high-value lawsuits, as well as enforcing clients’ rights through offensive litigation. Drawing on his clerkship experience, Graham is valued by clients and litigation teams across several different industries for his strategic input and motion practice ability in federal matters, and his work has contributed to positive results for clients in nationwide consumer class actions, real estate disputes, toxic tort litigation, insurance coverage actions and business tort disputes. A natural litigator, Graham has been acquainted with the courtroom from very early in his career: he gained his first trial experience as a law student, when he had the opportunity to second chair five jury trials for the Missouri State Public Defender.
